Hip-hop’s resident cosmonaut boosted his recent signal that new music is on the horizon and warned fans “are not prepared” for what’s coming in his latest Insta live.

Framed in the lower third of a swirling haze, Cudi paused mid-listening-among-other-things sesh to hype what he’s been testing in the lab of late. Cudi previously perked fans’ ears announcing a new album and upcoming world tour.

“I need y’all to understand, motherfuckers are not prepared for this shit. Like, this is—I’ve never made a project this powerful before in my life,” he said. “Sitting, listening to these mixes, I just know that this shit is going to move you, y’all are going to fuck with this shit in such a major way, and I am so fucking excited.”

The countdown to June 1 already has Members of the Rage heading for the launch pad.
